About Ilana Sable

Ilana Sable, Esq. is a health law attorney with a unique insight into the world of the private medical practice. For over ten years, Ilana worked as an executive in a New York-based medical billing company, allowing her to gain first hand knowledge of the distinctive challenges that private medical practices face in administration, audits, billing, management and oversight.

Today, Ilana’s legal practice is focused on fraud and abuse issues (including the Stark Laws and the anti-kickback statute), health care compliance programs and internal reviews, managed care disputes, professional licensing, and recovery audits.
